Each manager is in charge of developing the career of his team members by assessing their potential and individual contribution to the local business. The recommendations for all major people management decisions, including recruitment, career moves and compensation reviews, are made by the respective N+1 in consultation with HR and the final decisions are taken by the supervisors.

 

Individual officers are also encouraged to be more willing to relocate and move to cross-functional areas to facilitate the career development process, which in turn helps them develop appreciation and understanding of other functions, a key to an all round career growth.

  • Hay System to evaluate each and every job with respect to various internal and external factors and provide the grade accordingly.
  • A streamlined Recruitment process, where internal candidates are always preferred for filling up vacancies
  • Annual Performance Appraisal interviews to assess individual potential and development needs and prepare the Individual Development Plans accordingly.
  • Regular Career Interviews for performing officers.
  • 360 Degree Feedback system for senior level positions.
  • Annual O&HR Reviews.
